aumentare productions was formed out of a desire to develop artistic projects that open doors and stimulate communication about ideas and contemporary issues. We strive to honour our creative dreams, express the intangible, ignite imagination and share it openly.

We believe arts and culture is an integral part of our society. The arts has the great potential to facilitate change by presenting ideas that raise awareness and help us better understand humanity. Good theatre and/or film has the power to lead its' audience into self-discovery. Changing times are not only providing but fueling the opportunity for growth.

aumentare seeks to inspire audiences to the potential that exists within us all, while strengthening self awareness and societal awareness. Through development of artistic projects, which include theatre as well as film and television, aumentare productions will provide it's audience with food for thought. Everything begins with an idea.

We embark on our journey with this inaugural production and the Canadian Premiere of CRAZY AND A HALF by D. R. Andersen opening June 1, 2005 for a two week run at Studio 16.
